The following participation conditions apply to the contest conducted by Bacio d'oro Schmuckvertriebs GmbH, Louisenstr. 58, 61348 Bad Homburg:

1. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to these participation conditions.
2. Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. In this regard, the organizer reserves the right to request proof of age and residence from the contest participants. Employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies and their family members are not eligible to participate.
3. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.
4. A prerequisite for participating in the contest is the conclusion of a valid purchase contract for a pair of wedding rings during the period from 13.03. to 13.04.2026. Participation in the contest takes place through consent to participate when completing the order for the wedding rings. The participation deadline is 13.04.2026.
5. The following prize will be raffled: 3 x a wellness weekend for two persons each including half board and a wellness treatment. Travel costs are not part of the prize and will not be reimbursed by the organizer.
6. The winning couples will be determined by a random drawing among all participants. The drawing will take place within one month after the end of the participation period.
7. The winning couples will be notified by the 123GOLD location where the respective order for the wedding rings was received. In the event of an undeliverable notification, the organizer is not obliged to conduct further investigations and may determine a new winner.
8. If a winner does not respond within one week after being contacted, the organizer also reserves the right to repeat the drawing.
9. The prize will be delivered by mail. An exchange, transfer or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
10. The organizer will cover any costs that may arise for the shipment of the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize.
11. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes announcing the winner in the branches and on the organizer's website and the social media platforms used by the organizer (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
12. The participant can revoke their declared consent to participate at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing or by email to the organizer:

13. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of these participation conditions, undue influence on the contest, manipulation, etc. If necessary, prizes may also be subsequently revoked in such cases.
14. The organizer reserves the right to change the contest conditions at any time, to end the contest without prior notice for important reasons or to interrupt it.
15. All details are without guarantee. Legal recourse is excluded; the rights from the privacy policy remain unaffected.

17. Should any provision of these participation conditions be or become wholly or partly ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining participation conditions. In place of the ineffective provision, that legally permissible regulation shall apply which economically comes closest to the sense and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in these participation conditions.
