The basis of the Fairness Award is an extensive survey of German consumers. More than 55,000 customer votes on 792 companies were collected by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ). In the survey, consumers rated how fairly these companies behave toward customers. Is a fair price-performance ratio offered? Does the provider provide transparent information about product features, contract services and prices? And can the company be relied upon - both in terms of the reliability of products and services and in terms of reactions in the event of problems and complaints? Out of 585 companies in 57 categories, 123GOLD emerges as the overall winner in the Jewelers category.
The Fairness Award is so special to us because that is exactly what we want to be for our customers and partners: a fair and reliable partner, and it also reflects our company philosophy of working in partnership with ours more perfectly than almost any other award.
