For wedding rings from size 68, we charge a surcharge for additional material and the special manufacturing effort involved.

For rings from our jewellery range, we charge a surcharge from size 60, which we will be happy to advise you about on request.

We have ring size samples in sizes 45 to 74. As soon as we receive your approximate size, we can send you the appropriate ring size samples based on your quote or order.

Our ring size samples are free of charge for you. You will receive them by post. We will send you two to three ring size samples per person. Please return them to us after trying them on, within 14 days at the latest. A return envelope with our address is always included.

Costs for the ring size service:

1. Within Germany: return postage for a large-format letter
2. Outside Germany: return postage for a large-format letter

Please return the ring size samples within 14 days. Each ring not returned will be charged at €15.

Important:

Your fingers can change in size due to influences such as heat, cold, time of day, fluid intake or certain sports, for example tennis or handball. Please bear this in mind when determining your ring sizes.

We recommend testing the ring sizes over one to two days. The ring fits optimally if it slides easily onto the finger and can be removed with some resistance.

A special service when ordering wedding rings is our sample ring service. If you would like to see the selected rings in advance, you can order them as sample rings from an order value of €800. The sample rings give you a more precise impression of your rings.

The standard sample ring corresponds to the rings you have chosen in shape, width, height and ring size and is silver-coloured. You will therefore not see colours such as yellow, red, grey, etc.

Costs for the sample ring service:

1. Standard sample ring: €80 per sample ring
2. Return postage if you return the sample rings to us for credit.

If you would like to order sample rings with different specifications, for example grooves, stone setting, engraving or unusual surfaces, this is possible for an additional charge.

Please note: surcharges cannot be refunded. We require approximately 14 days to produce your sample rings.
We recommend checking ring sizes with our ring size service in advance.

We offer several options for engraving your wedding rings:

1. Laser engraving inside the ring (standard font): Choose the desired font from our font template. Cost per ring: €10.
2. Laser engraving inside the ring (individual): With this high-quality option, you can have anything from your own handwriting to special characters and your own drawings lasered into the ring. We only need your template. Cost per ring: €50.
3. Laser engraving on the outside of the ring or on the side of a ring edge: Here, too, we require your own template. Cost per ring: €100.
4. Fingerprint laser engraving: €100 per ring. Recommended from a ring width of 6.0 mm. For narrower rings, only a partial print may be possible.
5. Jewellery and engagement rings: For your jewellery and engagement rings, we offer laser engraving inside the ring. Cost per ring: €50.

What you have engraved is entirely up to you. The classic choice:

1. partner's name
2. wedding date

We accept payment by bank transfer in advance, credit card – that is, Visa, MasterCard and American Express – or PayPal.
Advance payment is required because every wedding ring and piece of jewellery at 123GOLD is made to order according to your specifications.

You pay according to the following schedule:

1. When placing the order, you pay at least 50% of the order value.
2. Once the rings or pieces of jewellery have been produced, you will receive a notification from us.
3. You pay the remaining balance only after completion.
4. As soon as we have received payment in full, we will despatch your order.

You will receive our bank details with your order confirmation.

Please note: Production of your ordered items can only begin once at least 50% of the order value has been credited to our account. Despatch of the ordered items will only take place after receipt of the full order value.

Please note that PayPal does not currently support a 50% deposit payment. In this case, full payment of the total amount is required.

We deliver orders as insured shipments via UPS courier. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. A signature is required upon delivery.

Within Germany:

Within the EU:

1. Delivery costs are requested from UPS on a per-order basis, from €65.

Delivery to Switzerland:

1. From €150 including customs clearance. Refund of German VAT after receipt of proof of Swiss VAT paid. Alternatively, you can find information via a 123GOLD branch or the online shop in Switzerland.

Worldwide delivery:

1. Delivery costs must be requested – we require your complete delivery address for this.
